Our Story

The Young Leaders Club, founded by Jamil Shabir, aims to empower young individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. Recognising the need for early guidance, Jamil created a platform where these young people can access mentorship, education, and inspiration.

Our programme focuses on nurturing talent, building confidence, and fostering a sense of community. We offer workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities to develop leadership skills and provide real-world insights. Our mentors, successful professionals from various industries, share their experiences and provide personalised guidance.

At The Young Leaders Club, we believe in the potential of every young person to become a leader. By supporting those from diverse backgrounds, we strive to create a future where leadership reflects the rich diversity of our society. Join us in shaping tomorrow’s leaders today.
